How to check your spam folder:
  • Gmail: Log into your Gmail account. If the Spam folder does not appear on the left, click the "More" link. Select "Spam" to view messages in the spam folder.
  • Hotmail/Outlook/Live: Log into your email account. To check your Junk Folder, simply click the Junk folder link on the left.
  • iCloud Mail: Log into your iCloud account. Select Junk/Spam to view messages in the spam folder.

Just select the message, and click the Not Spam button that appears at the top of your current view. Unmarking a message will automatically move it to your inbox.

Stars is the way other users do to rate you, a person who likes you may gives you a Star. You may give other chatters stars in the chat or in their profile page. To access this option, you may click a name in chat or visiting a profile page and then select in the drop down menu "Give him/her a Star".
Guest Users are not entitled to give a Star to others.
Get a high Star Rate is a key factor because:
A person with high Star Score is more desirable than this other person.

No. You don't have to have a webcam to see people in video chat rooms, or in 1-on-1 connections, but it is unlikely anyone will want to talk to someone without a webcam.
We strongly suggest you activate it in your laptop or mobile phone.

No. CamVoice uses the Internet to send audio and video over your existing Internet connection.
To change your image profile, go in your Member's Section at https://camvoice.com/members/ and log in with your credentials. Select the the link "Edit Profile" under the main menu.
Click on the image profile in the right side, a window will opens with a huge selection of photo backgrounds. You can personalize your profile using a photo of your own choosing.
No. You will be kicked from the chat for doing this without warning.
Although we do not recommend that you share your personal info with strangers for safety reasons, you are free to share it with people you trust in private chat.

Room closures are issued by a CamVoice Administrator for a number of different reasons.
Some of the reasons are, but not limited to:
  • The room had no moderators assigned and the room was observed breaking the Terms of Service.
  • The room had moderators assigned but they are not controlling the room or are encouraging Terms of Service violations.
  • The room name has an offensive or inappropriate word in it.
  • The room was made solely to violate our Terms of Service.
No. We consider promotion of 3rd party websites to be spam, and any attempt to do so will get your account blocked. We do not allow posting links to commercial websites in your profile, the link must be a personal website only. If you are not sure if the link you would like to post is allowed, please contact us for prior approval.
Everyone must be at least 13 years of age to enter and use CamVoice.
Go to their profile and click "Report Abuse". Please give specific details of what happened and what room it happened in.
If there is an emergency, you should contact your local law enforcement agency.
The user who you reported is unable to see who reported him or her.

  • CamVoice users can report suspected child sexual exploitation by using our inappropriate content system or by using the NCMEC CyberTipline www.cybertipline.com. To learn more about Internet safety users should visit www.netsmartz411.org. This website run by the NCMEC has resources for families to help their children stay safe online.
Go in your Member's Section at https://camvoice.com/members/ and log in with your credentials. Select "Edit Profile" in the left menu then scroll down the page to Privacy Settings and put ON (green) "Hide my age". Don't forget to click the button "Save".
CamVoice admins will not ever ask you for these things or communicate with you via IM. CamVoice should only be dealt with via the email address on our contact page.
If your nickname is stolen, please register a new one. To avoid having your nickname stolen, pick a password with a combination of letters (capital and lower case), numbers and special characters.
Here is an example secure password: TafD4587%#2.

No. CamVoice is against all forms of spyware and adware. CamVoice does have an advertisement in its main window but it is not a popup. CamVoice Gold Membership has no advertisements. You can upgrade by logging in to your account and choosing "UPGRADE".
Click on the name of the annoying user then choose "Mute User" to ignore him.
Click the "Block" button in the IM window and he won't be able to contact you again through that nickname. If someone sends you a rude IM, choose "Give Bad Feedback" under the CamVoice menu in the IM window. If this user gets several bad feedbacks from different users, he won't be able to IM anyone for a variable period of time.
Go to their profile and click "Report Abuse" to report it to us so we can delete that account.
- Never give your password to anyone. If you are logging on to CamVoice.com look at your address bar and make sure it says HTTPS://CAMVOICE.COM at the beginning. Never put your CamVoice logon and password on a website besides CamVoice.com.
- Never accept files from strangers. No matter how tempting it may be the file the stranger is sending is probably a computer virus.
- Never invite people to your room unless they are on your friend list. Inviting large amounts of people to your room could cause you to be banned from CamVoice permanently.
- Never post join links to your room in other rooms without permission. Spamming join links could cause you to be banned from CamVoice.
- Everyone hates Spam and Phishing. We have put many systems in place to try and stop malicious users but occasionally these users will still get through our defenses. To report users engaging in these activities visit their profiles and click the "Report Abuse" link so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
You can easily video chat with any CamVoice user. Of course, a webcam is not required to see someone, but it is required to be seen. Many users may not want to video chat with someone who does not also have a webcam.
To join a video chat room and chat, click on the "List of Rooms" icon at the top of the main chat window and then click on one of the rooms to connect. You can then type text and enter it to communicate with the other users via text. To ignore a user, click on their name in the user list and choose "Mute User". To unignore a user, right click on their name again and choose "Unmute User".
You are welcome to join our Adult +18 Rooms free of cost, just enter the Member's Section then click on "Edit Profile" in the left menu and scroll down searching for Adult Setting, you must set "Show Adult rooms"--> ON (green).
All CamVoice users can change their status by clicking on their current status at the top of the main application window and changing it to a different one. If you choose "Invisible" then you will not appear in other users lists. Must be a Gold Member to access that option!
You have 5 options:
Send a private message by clicking on your friend's avatar in the Users List and select "Whisper" from the drop down menu.
Have a Private Discussion by clicking on your friend's avatar in the Users List and select "Ask Private chat with User" from the drop down menu.
If the User accepts that invitation, then a new room will open and you will be able to chat and have an exclusive cam-to-cam conversation with the invited friend.
You can start a 1to1 VideoCall, this is an exclusive feauture of CamVoice, you can ask for a private video call with no limits of time by clicking on your friend's avatar in the Users List and select "Call 1to1"
Finally, you can create a password protected private room and invite only your friends inside.

Gold Members currently are able to see 5 webcams simultaneously in high quality streaming video and audio. Please remember that the video and audio quality is limited by both your internet speed and the speed of the internet the person you are trying to watch or listen to is using.
Free Registered Users are limited to watch 1 webcam only for a limited time of 60 minutes a day.
Guest Users are limited to watch 1 webcam only for a limited time of 30 minutes a day.
Complete the Registration and enter your Members Section (click on in the TOP left menu) then click on the button "My Rooms" in the page opened, click the buttom "Create a new Room" you can enter the Room Name, a Description, an Intro message displayed at your room's newcomers, choose the Room Color, select the Access type (public or password protected), restrict the accss by Gender, or Groups (Gold Members only - My Friends Only) and upload a picture.

Your profile will look more attractive with a picture of you! In the Members' section select "Edit Profile" in the left menu and you'll be able to upload a photo in your profile. Simple isn't it?
Is really simple! Look at the bottom text box and search for this icon:
click on it, select "Upload" to select an image from your computer or cell phone.
Once uploaded you have two options:
Send it to ALL room users
Send it to a Friend only in a Public or a Private message
Alternatively you could also attach a YouTube Video, when clicked on this icon and enter the YouTube link.
You could send the link to Everybody in room or personalized in a Private message.
To start filling up your comments with smileys and frowning faces just click on the icon and select from the top menu or scroll through the list and look for Emoji, then tap it to select.
You may also launch the Emoji window using the TAB key.
In the main chat window look up at the right for the "Members" menu and count how many users are "Watching Me". All Users watching you are marked with the icon
CamVoice respect your Privacy, you can modify the privacy settings clicking on the Icon at the top of the chat window.
First of all Friends accept Private chat invitation automatically. Also, you may allow access to your cam Friend when he/she set its video privacy settings to Friends Only.
To leave a room is simple, just click on the cross
To stop the YouTube links look at the bottom text box and search for this icon and then select
To stop the auto-scroll for new messages look at the bottom text box and search for this icon and click on it. You can re activate the auto-scroll when you wish later.
To clean up the chat conversations look at the bottom text box and search for this icon . You must confirm the cancellation in the pop up window that will appear.
Turn off repeated message alerts and sounds on chat look at the right top and search for this icon to activate / deactivate the notification.
To change the chat text color look at the bottom text box and search for this icon and select your preferred colour.
To change the text in Bold/Italic/Underline search for these icons
To log out and quit the chat please click on the icon in left top menu and select "Quit" in the drop down menu.
